They have a great service team - I always wait for the service to be completed rather than use the rental service. The service time estimates have always seemed reasonable (I just bring a book and my cup of coffee.) Matt and Mark went out of their way to attempt to trade my leased Linclon but Ford would not cooperate. They then re-worked the deal to make it work for me. This is a car for my wife and she loves it. When my arrangements to get to the dealership fell though Matt even went out of his way to drive to my home so that I may complete the transaction. Randy Hill was categorically the best new car salesperson I have ever worked with. Although it was nearly closing time on a Saturday evening, he contacted me within a few minutes of receiving my online inquiry by sending a highly informative e-mail and moments later by a follow-up phone call. Once at the dealership the following Monday, I felt that Randy was genuinely interested in gaining my complete satisfaction with every phase of the purchasing process, including choice of the specific vehicle, understanding its many features, identifying a favorable finance plan, and so on. Randy's demeanor was never overbearing or pressuring, but by contrast was respectful, helpful, cordial, and engaging. The car buying ordeal is something that I have often intensely disliked. In this case, however, Randy actually made the experience fun! I will definitely return to Hill Cadillac and will recommend the dealership, and Randy Hill specifically, to my friends. Excellent customer service everytime I visit, however, after this visit parts needed to be ordered and I received a card in mail advising parts were in. This caused the need for my vehicle to return for an additional two days. I was very satisfied with the dealership making arrangements to deliver my car as I was required to work after service hours ended. The gentlemen who delivered my vehicle was kind and professional making me feel comfortable allowing him to drive my car. Planning on purchasing my next Caddy from Hill! By MKT 11/07/11

I was extremely satisfied that my vehicle was picked up to be serviced and then returned to me. Also the service department maintained my oil while they had my vehicle. My husband and I are first time Cadillac owners and have been very impressed with the service, friendliness, our sales associate and our overall experience dealing with Cadillac. I am primarily the main driver of the vehicle and have never enjoyed driving so much. Really love my car! By CM 04/21/11

This was my first time using Hill Cadillac. My reason was twofold, both warranty and service. The people at Hill were understanding and very helpful. My vehicle was repaired and serviced in a timely manner. I was given the use of a loaner vehicle and kept apprised of the work being done on my vehicle.
